Find out moreDesigning your new kitchen or bathroom is a really enjoyable part of our design process as it enables you to visualise what your dream room will look like. To begin, we’ll visit your home to carry out a survey of your kitchen or bathroom’s dimensions as this will form the foundation of our plan along with your choice of units, equipment, and accessories.
Within 48 hours of our initial visit, we’ll have a computerised design drawn up based on your requirements and will ask you into our Amesbury showroom to review this. It’s very easy to make adjustments at this stage and there’s no charge for the first three redesigns. Once you’ve approved the design, we’ll take a deposit and agree an installation date and payment schedule with you.
Our installation process
The installation itself will begin with a visit in which we work out all of the technical details, such as electrics, gas, plumbing, and structural work. We’ll then organise and manage qualified, reliable tradespeople who will carry out the work required.
During the installation process, we’ll professionally remove your old kitchen or bathroom and ensure that this is disposed of legally. We’ll also update you with the progress of your installation every week by email or via a phone call. The time that your installation takes will depend on the amount and type of work required, and we’ll always make sure that you’re kept informed.
Things to consider
There are some things to consider when preparing for your new installation that will help the process to run smoothly. These include:
- Emptying cupboards and clearing worktops
- Making arrangements for pets who may be upset by disruption and noise
- Letting us know about any potential issues with parking
- Informing us of any dates and times we won’t be able to gain access to your property
- Finding a new place to set up essentials, such as your kettle and toaster, so that these can still be accessed
